So June is almost here and soon enough it will be June 22nd. Which marks the anniversary of Dominic first show on General Hospital. Of course we knew him then as Dominic who worked for the Zacchara’s and hired by Claudia to kill Jason in and ambush, but ended up getting shot himself. Since then he’s charmed his way into our hearts. Not only is his Olivia son, but he’s Sonny son. He came to town on a mission to bring down Sonny, the big mob boss, only to find out he was his father and he’s got siblings. That’s not the only big thing that’s happen to Dante, he’s fallen in love. He not only charmed his was into our hearts, but Lulu’s as well. But this love hasn’t been the easiest and it’s only going to get tougher. But day by day Dante and Dominic continue to shine, wither it’s through an amazing performance from Dominic, or a man who stands by what he believes in and those he loves.

So in honor of Dominic one year anniversary on General Hospital I wanted to but a little something together. I don’t really have a gift that can be delivered to him in mind yet. But I do have one idea in mind and that is what this one is all about. And the idea came from what has been going on in the US and world, Between Mass storms plus the boil water order, the Nashville Floods, the oil spill and now the tornadoes. I was thinking we could do something to help for the anniversary gift or part of it. So for at least one part, maybe more I was thinking we as the Dominic fans could donate/raise money together and donated to the Red Cross Disaster relief fund. So it will go to help those effect by natural disasters. And it go to a worthy cause.

And really hoping to get as many people involved in this because it’s to celebrate Dominic being on General Hospital for a year. Part two of “The One Year Anniversary Project” This was made up by Terry, who emailed me the idea and I loved it. It’s a way for others to get involved if you can get involved with the first part of the Anniversary Project.

The idea is to use snail mail to the show. And I know Dominic just a four year contract and while he’s a big character and part of many storyline’s and connected to so many characters on the canvas. But not every Character is truly safe on a Soap Opera, I have learned that one. So this part two is to remind the show of how valuable Dominic is to the show and show our support of it him. To show TPTB know we value Dominic and what be brings to General Hospital every day he is on. So in a sense to to ensure they don’t make a stupid mistake in ever letting him go and showing TPTB that we love Dominic and everything he is doing on the show. Not to mention loving Dante and his Family, Dante and Lulu, Dante and his friends… and Dante and any other girl he might spend time with or get together with.
